If you’ve heard of these but don’t have a full understanding, we’re going to start you out with the overview.
By understanding these three bot types, you can start to figure out how to incorporate it into your business operations, and start figuring out tasks that can be automated. The more things you can automate, the more efficient your business can become. This doesn’t mean you have to fire everyone – what it means is now each person can work on more complex and proactive tasks, rather than being bogged down by tedious and non-value add activities. In future episodes, we’ll go further in depth into each of these bots, talk about various examples of each, and advise on how you can incorporate them into your work routine.
