The summer is one of the best times to take advantage of the lull that everyone else is in by being proactive!

Don’t let another season go by where you put off proactively reaching out to your clients and forming better relationships.

No matter where you are, you can take small steps to measure how proactive you are as an individual, and as a firm, but evaluating where you sit on the client contact continuum – from no contact at all, to reaching out with meaningful opportunities, to actually closing deals; this metric is more important than billable hours.
