What? Fire clients?! Isn’t that like throwing away money?? No – in fact holding onto bad and stressful clients is costing you money! They stress out you and your team, put strain on your workflow, and limit your productivity with constant fire drills. There is a certain threshold for how much annoyance a client can give with how much they’re willing to pay for your services, and the odds are, they are not worth the hassle.
Shift your mindset and the way you think about your client book – do as Paul says, and celebrate the opportunity to offload those clients that are limiting you and holding you back. Don’t force yourself to stay in a bad and toxic relationship – you’ll be happier that you did. Oh, and you should do this every year too!
